Participants are strongly encouraged to attend one of the free introductory sessions before registering for the 8-week MBSR course.
At the free session, you will meet the instructors, learn about the benefits of training in mindfulness, and you will get a first-hand experience in mindfulness practice so you can decide whether the 8- week course is right for you.
