Would you like to discover a deeper sense of ease and peace of mind?

Would you like to gain a greater sense of balance in your life?

Practicing mindfulness meditation is good for your health and well-being! Research shows that participants showed decreased anxiety and depression, improved cognitive function, decreased blood pressure and migraine frequency, reduced systemic inflammation, improved coping with pain and illness, decreased rates of burnout, and improved quality of life.

Current offering:   Spring 2023 MBSR via Zoom (March 18 – May 20, 2023)

We offer the eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course developed in 1979 by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn  that is considered the gold standard in mindfulness training. Through meditation practices and discussion, MBSR will help develop and strengthen your own innate ability to pay attention and meet experiences with greater understanding, equanimity and resilience.

People of all ages and walks of life have discovered the life-changing benefits of MBSR. In the US, over 30,000 people have completed MBSR with hundreds of medical centers, universities and businesses offering MBSR to employees, physicians, students, athletes and patients.
