Welcome to The Center for Mindful Living

The Center for Mindful Living (CML) is a collaborative of health care providers, mental health care providers, and educators with expertise in mindfulness based interventions offering mindfulness classes, workshops, and professional training to groups and individuals. Programs for adults as well as teenagers and young children are available.

The 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course will be offered on site to all SBU faculty, students, and employees
